Max W. Yergan serves as Vice President of Investments at Space Leasing International (SLI), a space and frontier asset leasing company. In this role, he focuses on identifying and executing investment opportunities across the space infrastructure ecosystem. Prior to joining SLI, Max founded Emissionless Transportation, a sustainable logistics technology company. He has extensive experience with transportation and infrastructure transactions, including banking and private equity roles at CIT (now First Citizens Bank) and Turning Rock Partners. Max holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Villanova University. SLI is an aerospace subsidiary of Libra Group that provides innovative capital solutions for space assets such as ground stations, satellites, and other critical infrastructure, enabling manufacturers and operators to unlock capital and scale through flexible leasing structures.
