Kier Fortier serves as the CRO and US Managing Director at Exolaunch, spearheading the company’s U.S. office and strategic initiatives in business development, partnerships, and sales. Kier is dedicated to Exolaunch’s mission of revolutionizing access to space, leading to his involvement in launching 590+ satellites across 42 missions and 9 launch vehicles to date.
Prior to joining Exolaunch, Kier held prominent roles in the industry; notably, he led launch operations at Spire Global, where he played a pivotal role in developing the company’s satellite deployment capabilities. Additionally, Kier contributed his expertise as a Systems Engineer at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP), focusing on critical projects such as the Emirates Mars Mission.
Kier earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder.
