She is the CEO and co-founder of Hale SWx, as well as a board member, advisor, and executive coach. Previously, she was the founding CEO of KSAT Inc. (an American subsidiary of market-leading Kongsberg Satellite Services) where she led development of the US corporation, and championed innovation programs for New Space and Lunar applications. She also served as COO for Hedron, an early-stage venture-backed company building communications infrastructure in space. Katherine’s earlier career work as a negotiation specialist led her to support a variety of clients in capital-intensive industries such as Energy, Semiconductor, and BioTech.
