Halen Mattison is the CEO & Co-Founder of General Galactic, an LA-based startup that recently raised $10M to develop high agility satellites to decrease the cost of space logistics and defense operations. Halen was previously an engineer at SpaceX, and has worked on space programs for the Department of Defense and NASA.
