Brian Holt has over 23 years of leadership experience in the Federal Government (U.S. Air Force and Space Force), Aerospace and Defense, and Space industries.
His roles have included CEO, Director of Business Development, Senior Program Manager, DoD Innovation Fund Manager, U.S. Diplomat, and Subject Matter Expert in Non-Kinetic Effects and Space Debris. As a recognized expert in National Space Debris, Brian has advised NASA, NOAA, the White House, and Congress. He led the creation and execution of the Space Force Orbital Prime Program to seed investment for the ISAM market. Brian has managed programs and portfolios valued up to $1.7B.
Brian received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute in 2003, an MBA from the University of Colorado in 2012, and a Masters of Science from The George Washington University in 2015.
