Corey is Partner in Moss Adams’ Aerospace & Defense industry group and leads the firm’s Space practice. Corey is a licensed CPA and has practiced public accounting since 2009. He specializes in assurance and business advisory services and supports a wide range of companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies within the Commercial Aerospace, Defense, and Space industries. Corey leverages his knowledge and expertise in the industry to provide client centric services and insights to help companies achieve their business objectives and strategic goals.

Meagan is an expert in finance and entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on the most exciting new business sector of our time, space commercialization. Meagan is also a start-up coach, a mentor, and frequent non-profit volunteer. She helps convert big ideas into practical business opportunities by working with companies that are involved in exciting endeavors that benefit mankind, such as the commercialization of space, development of green energy projects, and structuring of next generation financial services.

Ari leads company operations at Starfish Space, overseeing functions including finance, people operations, and marketing, among others. During his time at Starfish, Ari has helped coordinate the company’s Series A fundraise, built the company’s hiring and organizational infrastructure, and spearheaded marketing for the Otter Pup mission.

Prior to Starfish, Ari was a member of the National Football League’s business development team, negotiating partnerships with some of the world’s largest digital platforms, and contributing to the league’s content strategy for OTT streaming platforms. Before joining the NFL, Ari was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, helping large legacy companies build new digital business units.

Noel Rimalovski is a Managing Director at GH Partners, an independent New York-based investment banking firm. Mr. Rimalovski leads the firm’s representation of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, debt financings, and strategic advisory services to domestic and international clients. At GH, Mr. Rimalovski specializes in the telecom, media, technology, space and defense sectors.

Prior to joining GH, Mr. Rimalovski was with Macquarie Capital, Wasserstein Perella, and Lazard Frères.

Mr. Rimalovski graduated from Tufts College and received an MBA from Columbia Business School.
