Charlotte is a Principal in the Boston Consulting Group’s Aerospace & Defense practice and a member of the North America commercial leadership team for the firm’s space sector work. She brings extensive experience advising organizations across the space value chain – including satellite manufacturers and operators, government space agencies, private investors, and end users of space technology solutions – on strategy, operational excellence, and go-to-market. Before joining BCG, she was an engineer and member of the Mission Management team at SpaceX, where she led NASA cargo integration for the first Crew Dragon mission and sat on console for numerous Falcon 9, Dragon, and Starlink launches. Her unique background across business strategy and engineering enables her to connect technical and commercial realities in a practical way, ensuring that solutions incorporate the best insights from both perspectives. Charlotte is deeply passionate about advancing the space industry and volunteers as a NASA Solar System Ambassador for the Seattle metro area, supporting local outreach and education efforts that engage and inspire the next generation of space leaders. She has also held multiple leadership positions within the Space Generation Advisory Council, giving her a global perspective on the evolving space economy and the vital role the international community plays in shaping its future.
